Key words as a framework for sharing information.
In the previous post I showed a few excerpts from
a student`s notebook .They referred to the English and art lesson
when we compared blossoms of a plum and cherry tree.
Showing the differences between those phenomena,
we focused on the key words that helped us organize all the information.
During the consecutive lesson with students of the primary school ,
we used those words as a framework for giving speeches on different subjects.
One of them was to say how eating at home differs from eating out.
Another one was about sport disciplines –football and skateboarding.
Students started to feel confident and knew they are able
to talk about different topics using the framework.
As usual, we highlighted with yellow all new words and
wrote sentences with them to give each word context.
